分轨使用「分轨」（以下简称「本 App」）即表示你同意以下条款。本条款是对 Apple 标准许可协议的补充；两者不一致时，以 Apple 标准许可协议为准。
1. 许可
开发者授予你在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，为个人、非商业目的使用本 App 的有限、不可转让的许可。你不得对本 App 进行反向工程、转售或以违反法律的方式使用。
2. 你的内容
本 App 不提供任何音乐内容。你导入、添加或分轨的所有音频都来自你自己，你需要确保自己有权以这种方式使用这些音频，并遵守所在地关于版权的法律法规。分轨结果只在你的设备上生成和保存，本 App 不提供上传或公开分发分轨的功能。
3. 链接与第三方服务
「从链接添加」会让你的设备直接访问你提供的链接。该链接所在的网站或服务（例如 YouTube）有其自己的服务条款，你需要自行遵守。开发者与这些第三方没有关联，也不对它们的内容、可用性或变更负责。第三方服务调整接口后，相关链接可能暂时无法解析。
4. 分轨结果
分轨由机器学习模型自动完成，效果因歌曲而异：现场录音、混响较重或编制复杂的歌曲，可能出现轨道之间串音或音质损失。分轨结果仅供个人欣赏、练习和学习使用。
5. 免责声明
本 App 按「现状」提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对本 App 不中断、无错误或满足你的特定需求作任何保证，也不对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的数据丢失或其他间接损失承担责任。请自行备份重要的音频文件。
6. Apple 条款
本条款由你与开发者订立，与 Apple 无关。Apple 不对本 App 及其内容负责，也没有义务为本 App 提供维护和支持。Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人，可以向你执行本条款。
7. 条款变更与联系
我们可能更新本条款，并会修改顶部的生效日期。更新后继续使用本 App 即表示你接受新条款。如有疑问，请联系 demusic@liaoguoyin.com。
Terms of Use (English)
Effective October 20, 2026. By using the iOS app “分轨” (Demusic) you agree to these terms, which supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where they conflict, Apple’s agreement prevails.
License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell or use the app unlawfully.
Your content
The app provides no music. You are responsible for having the rights to the audio you import, add or separate, and for complying with applicable copyright law. Stems are generated and stored only on your device; the app offers no way to upload or publicly distribute them.
Links and third-party services
“Add from Link” makes your device access the link you provide directly. The site or service behind it (for example, YouTube) has its own terms, which you are responsible for following. The developer is not affiliated with these third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability or changes.
Separation results
Separation is performed automatically by a machine-learning model and quality varies by song. Results are for personal listening, practice and study.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and is not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from its use. Keep backups of important audio files.
Apple
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
